Defensive Tactics:
This 2-day course is to help you begin establishing a strong foundation in basic striking ability. Training up-and-coming officers and agents in their ability to defend not only themselves but also their client.
We will cover introductory stances, movement, linear and circular strikes, punches, kicks, elbows, knees, and blocking while learning some self-defense techniques along the way.
This class will be taught boot camp style. Each combative and technique will be pressure tested to help improve retention.
