COURSE DESCRIPTION
The PhaZZer Enforcer and Dragon are advanced Conductive Energy Weapons (CEWs) designed as non-lethal control devices for self-defense and professional use. When deployed correctly, these tools effectively incapacitate violent or potentially violent individuals without causing long-term harm, thereby enhancing safety for officers, subjects, and bystanders alike. Extensive in-service use has demonstrated their efficacy in mitigating risks and reducing injury during confrontations.
