Executive Protection Capstone: Live Detail Practicum

This elite-level course is the culmination of your Executive Protection (EP) training—where classroom knowledge transforms into real-world application. Reserved exclusively for those who have successfully completed and excelled in our Executive Protection, TASA, and Motorcade Training Courses, this invitation-only practicum is designed to test, refine, and validate your skills in a live, operational environment.

Admission into this course is selective. Students must be recommended by our instructors based on performance, conduct, and demonstrated proficiency during the initial EP training. We may also consider candidates who have:

• Completed a comparable EP program from a vetted agency, or

• Acquired significant on-the-job experience in Executive Protection

Course Overview:

This is not a drill—this is real-world training. Throughout this practicum, students will be immersed in all phases of an actual Executive Protection operation. You’ll be expected to perform with the same level of precision, professionalism, and accountability required on a real VIP detail.

Key Components Include:

• Security Advance Planning
  Conduct reconnaissance, venue assessments, and logistics coordination in preparation for the live detail.

• Threat & Vulnerability Assessments
  Apply threat intelligence and risk analysis methodologies in the field to anticipate and mitigate risks.

• Protective Operations Execution
  Carry out a live Executive Protection detail involving a real VIP on the final day. Students will operate in full protective roles, managing transportation, route planning, arrival/departure logistics, and direct client protection.

• Field-Based Training
  The majority of this course takes place outside the classroom in real-world environments—hotels, venues, public spaces—mirroring the actual work of EP agents.
