- Information you provide. When you submit an application or contact form, register for an account, enroll in a course, or make a purchase, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, and, for purchases, billing details. Payment card processing is handled by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
- Information collected automatically. We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to collect device and usage information, including pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location, browser type, and interactions with the site.

- You may request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@essglobalcorp.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law. Note that records we are required to keep as a licensed school may be retained as required.
Retention and Security
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and licensing obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the data we hold.
Children
Our programs and this site are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
